• Booking enquiry details – the airport, drop-off/return dates and times, and any discount code you enter into our booking form, which we pass to the parking provider you choose in order to generate your quote.
• Newsletter sign-up – if you enter your email address in the footer newsletter form.
• Usage data – standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type) collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, described below.

We don't collect payment details on this Site – payment is taken by the parking provider directly as part of completing your booking with them.

3. Cookies and analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to help us understand how the Site is used (for example, which pages are popular and how visitors reach us). These tools may share data with Google in line with Google's own privacy policy. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

4. How we use your data

• To generate and compare live parking quotes from our provider panel based on the dates and terminal you enter.
• To pass your booking enquiry to the meet and greet provider you choose, so they can complete your booking with you directly.
• To send you the newsletter, if you've chosen to sign up for it.
• To understand and improve how the Site performs, using the analytics described above.

5. Who we share data with

We share your booking enquiry details with the specific Gatwick-approved meet and greet provider you choose, so they can quote and fulfil your booking. That provider then becomes responsible for the personal data you give them directly to complete the booking, under their own privacy policy. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as described above. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. How long we keep data

We keep booking enquiry data only as long as needed to process your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, and newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email info@meetandgreegatwickairport.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
